My Ooma box reboots when I try to upload large files. Happens with different browsers (Firefox, IE, Chrome) and is non-deterministic. Usually works if I try a few times in a row. Upload was with several websites (e.g. yousendit.com, but also others).

Has anyone seen this problem and does anyone know a fix?

when you say reboot, what sequence of red lights do you get?
just guessing here but it's possible your upload chokes the connection so badly that the hub thinks its lost connection with the network.

If you have a blue light and you unplug the network cable from the back of your hub is it the same sequence of lights?

In addition to sgrunspan's questions --

How is your PC connected to your network? Is it something like:

[modem]--[ooma]--[router]--[pc]

How large are the files you're trying to upload? Also, what kind of file is it (movie, document, etc)?

You're probably right that it's not a reboot but a lot connection. Its the Ooma tab going red and evenually going back to blue, and not the funky disco lights you get when you disconnect and connect the power supply.

Yes, correct.

I'm typically uploading zipped documents of various types totaling between 6 and 60 MB content.

BTW - it worked fine for several months and just started playing up.
