I have everything hooked up and seams to be working fine, My question is on the hub my #2 light stays red. Is this normal or what do I need to do to correct it. Also I have not set up voicemail yet? Could this be the problem with the light?

If the light stays red after you reboot the box, there could be a hardware problem with the LED. You should exchange it for another one.

I can not be without a phone. I have had this less than a week. Can they send me one on a memo basis?

Yes, customer service should be able to send you out an advance replacement.

Well two days of trying to get to customer service and no luck. Any other way to get a new hub sent out?

I sure Amazon does. , but they do not send out an advance replacement

I had a problem with an Espresso coffee maker I bought from Amazon and they sent me a replacement with a return label. Certainly they'd do it for an ooma box!
