Received my Bluetooth adapter today. Instructions are very basic. Plug it in and it will work. Pair your phone. That's it.
Unfortunately, that's not just "it". My iPhone 3GS does not recognize this bluetooth signal (doesn't show up in the Bluetooth list. I've plugged/unplugged the little adapter into the Telo 2-3 times. I've reset the Telo. I've reset my iPhone. Still no recognition. Very frustrating.

Anyone else having this issue? Did it "just work" for others? Any advice from anyone out there

bw1 - thanks! haven't tried that but will. I'm actually shocked that this "setup guide" is not documented anywhere? No other reference to it anywhere? Not on the product page. Not with the product itself.

I have a feeling I won't be the only one who is "feeling the pain" of what all other documentation says as to "just plug it in and it works"....obviously not the case

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the bluetooth setup guide is not easily viewable on https://www.ooma.com/products/ooma-bluetooth/setup

I'm going to ask that https://www.ooma.com/bluetooth directs to the setup guide.
