Newly Installed Ooma Hub and tel does not work

I asked Customer Support Center and said my Panasonic KX-TG5453 telephone device which is 5.8 GhZ might not be compatible to Ooma Hub. Is there anyone there using this Panasonic telephone model with their Ooma Hub?

All analog telephones are compatible with the hub. Whether it is wired or wireless has no bearing on the connection.
Connect the telephone jack of the telephone base to the phone jack of the hub.

Thanks. Tel. cord was loose. It is working now.
