Did our porting team confirm that your Landline number cannot be ported?
You may want to contact our support folks for a manual order.

No--- I just did the quick check on the website.

Ok thanks --do you still think the not receiving calls is related to my router?

In terms of not receiving calls, it would be a starting point to look at the security/firewall settings on the router.
