Error message when trying to port number

I just purchased an Ooma and tried to port my old telephone number for $39.95 as described on the activate page. After entering all the information about the old number, my name, credit card number etc I received an error message that said unable to comply right now, if you have questions please post on the forum.

So here I am on the forum

What do I do now?

Hello,

Your account does not show that there is a credit card on file.

I just now plugged the Ooma into the internet and can't get it to work. I will post another question about that problem in this fourm.
