I received the LOA forms and sent them back to both loa@ooma.com and support@oomacare.com on 1/13 and never got a response, after calling they said they never received the forms, so I recent again on 2/10, I keep emailing the above email address and attaching my forms but never get a response or confirmation. Please help!! It's been over 5 weeks and I'm getting no where with my number porting.

I'm on my forth week of waiting, I wish this would get done ASAP, it getting a little frustrating.

I called the support line when it first opened this morning (8am PT), and the kind woman who took the call told me that my number port request has been approved and is in process. They're really, really busy (which, all things considered, is a good problem to have), but they're making headway.

I finally got a response from customer support via email, he said he printed out my forms and handed them in, in person for me and to look for an email for when the number was officially ported. I'm crossing my fingers that it doesn't take another 5 weeks !
