I started installing the telo behind my router in the dmz and it did not work so I am now connected directly to the cable modem and back to the router from the telo. I know I am connecting to the internet fine since I am sending this from my home network but, the ooma status page is as follows:
Your ooma Network is Initializing, please wait...
Ooma Core: Detecting...
Phone Line: Detecting...
Phone Setup: Your phone line is configured for the ooma network
Second Line: Enabled
Voice Mail: Enabled
It never seems to get past this. Any help would be appreciated.

If you did, have you connected your land line to the Wall port of the Telo?

This indicates that your Telo has already completed the initial update.jrouss wrote: Device Status - Rev: 1.33326
If you were issued a new Ooma number you did not choose landline integration, which would mean you should not have your Telo wall port connected to anything.jrouss wrote:I selected to port my number and was issued a new number and yes I am plugged into the wall.
