Do you remember who you spoke with? I didn't see any maintenance notices from our Network Operations team.

I looked at your device logs - it looks like some of the new Telos that are coming up since yesterday are having some issues getting the latest software update. We're working to correct the problem right now.

Blue Lights



I am having the same issue with the 4 flashing blue lights at the bottom since YESTERDAY, :cry: . :x :? :!: I normally don't have many issues with figuring out computer problems, but evidently this is not my problem. I have tried contacting CS via phone which was no help at all, they are advancing my problem to an engineer, I didn't have any problems installing Magic Jack, even ran all of my home phones from it, but wanted to have a local number and keep my computer in sleep when not used so I bought this OOMA Telo, I have tried various configurations and powering down and back up. My internet is working fine but not ooma, yes I registered it correctly with the code and got a new number my version is REV 1.33326 which according to this forum is the newest Rev.

I currently have the OOMA hooked up as Option 2A describes but have tried other configurations as CS requested.

Please help ASAP others seem to be having the same issue. OOMA to good to be true----Possibly, I have a time line to get this operational or it goes back to Best Buy.

1/28/2010 11:00 AM Pacific - Some brand new Telos that are coming up are having problems downloading the latest software update. This is causing them not to go into service. We're investigating the issue.

I CANNOT get a second device working properly because the OOMA website shows I have 4 devices and I only have 2. I cannot get the phone numbers attached to the correct device.

The main thread is LOCKED. Apparently free speech does not exist with this CHINESE made POS.
