Static or buzz is a common problem for Scout users, and is generally heard by the other person - not the one on the Ooma Scout connected phone. That's why I asked earlier if you noticed any difference, and you said no. Static that's heard on all phones regardless of whether they are connected to a Hub or Scout are harder to diagnose, and is sometimes related to wiring.
