If I log in here with my primary ooma number I can get to "add-ons" to get the porting process started. No problem. However, if I log in with my secondary ooma number I can't get to "add-ons".
So, how do you port two numbers?
Someone suggested that I do them one at a time with a delay between the two requests. That's fine, if it makes sense, but I'd prefer to port the secondary number before the primary number.
Here's what I think you can do:
Log in to my.ooma, select Add-ons -> Number Port
Fill out the requested information to port your secondary number.
I think there is a section to add any special instructions, if not you should be able to email them by replying to the porting email sent or you may need to call them.
Add instructions that you want this number to replace your second Ooma number assigned to your personal device.
They may still get it wrong, but it should be easy for them to correct.
You can then follow the same process to port your primary number.
