Everyone on my street who has the same internet provider as I do (charter) I get a busy signal when I call their house. They can call me though. Any ideas ??? Thanks

Are you dialing 10 digits?

Yes, I tried 10, then 7, and even 11. Some local numbers go through with 7 digits.

In my.ooma > Preferences > System you may want play with the 10 digit dialing choice to see if that helps - changes may take 3 minutes to take effect. If that doesn't help there may be an issue that Ooma will need to resolve with the local phone company for that exchange, and you will need to contact tech support for help.

Hello,

Looks like your number was ported on 1/7. Were you able to call after your number ported?
Did this just start happening?
Are you able to call a local pizza place in the (269) area code?

It started right away when my number was ported. I can call local businesses with just 7 digits, but not my neibors that have the same internet provider. I deactivated the 10 digit dialing option, but that did not help.
