i've had my ooma device connected for a few months. it's been working great.

Last night I connected a new HP wireless printer...after rebooting the equipment the phone no longer works. I can place calls no problems...but when you call my home number it goes directly to vmail.

I've disconnected the printer (and turned it off) - including the phone line for fax. I've tried rebooting the devices (ATT Uverse for internet and Ooma). No luck.

I'm out of ideas...suggestions anyone?

Q. Why are all of my calls going to voicemail?

A. If you have a Telo, make sure that your lights are lit, which can be adjusted with the brightness button. If you have a Hub, make sure that the Ooma tab is lit up with a blue light, which can be adjusted with the brightness knob on the right side of the Hub.
Then, check if the envelope button on your Ooma device is lit up with a red light. If so, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn it off. This is the Do Not Disturb function available with a Premier subscription.

that got it...the privacy feature was on...I've had OOMA for months and didn't even know about this feature.
