OK, goofed my first attempt cause I didn't do step one first! Ya-classic idiot here.
So before I did anything I call support, worked through everything and have the telo pluged into the Apple Extreme router.
Support said leave it for one full hour (up a few minutes ago).
Well, still have a flashing logo.
any ideas.

Crap, while checking it-it came unplugged!!!

I have taped it on (yes I emailed for a new plug), and it went back to the start up and flashing logo.

Am I in hell, or just waiting to get there? This doesn't feel like heaven.

That is definitely a problem.

The Telo Internet port connects to the router.

The Telo Internet port connects to the router.

Assuming, of course, the OP intended to run the Telo behind the router.

Yo K,
Thanks, trying that now
Customer service had me plug into the router after my initial goof. They said to wait one full hour and after the flashing to try it between the modem and router.

5 mins later:
The lower lights are flashing left to right and the logo has no light.
