Sorry if I missed this above, but if your laptop is connected to the Hub's home port, can you access the Internet (after rebooting the laptop)? What IP is the Hub assigning to your laptop when connected to the home port? It should be 172.27.35.10 if you are default on your Hub settings.

Thanks folks - I got it!!!

Ok, so I think a) the reset of the hub was REALLY, REALLY helpful - thanks Rocky Raccoon!

Also, I did contact support and this time he had me power cycle everything, reboot the computer and then go PC to Home on the hub and... this time it worked!!! So now, I can get in there and configure away.

Internet and phone simultaneously, setup.ooma.com... we're cooking with gas baby!
