I installed an ooma Telo this afternoon, and all seems to be working well. However, after it had been connected for about 5 hours, I received an email report from my router, listing a ton of blocked incoming UDP requests from a wide range of ip addresses to my ip address, port 30188. Looking at the log, there were no entries from June until the time that I added the Telo to my system.
The router is a d-link DIR-615, and I have the Telo connected on the output side of the router. Does anyone have a clue why this is happening, and is it something I should try to prevent from happening. At this rate, the log will probably fill up two or three times a day and send me this message.
Thanks for any suggestions.
