I live in a highly poplulated area of North Carolina (Raleigh/Durham, which is the capital of North Carolina). Our metro area has at least 200,000 residents. Imagine my surprise when I was told that not only could I not be given a local calling number, I could not even be given a number within my area code! The phone rep could not tell me when I could get a local phone number. Any solution other than to return the Ooma and get my money back?
