Hello -

Installed my telo last night with sucess. Today I called customer support to make sure that my new number would not be listed and that my caller i.d. would not include my name, CS Rep confirmed both of these items on my account.

After further exploring the Ooma website I then found...https://www.ooma.com/legal/rates

This states that calls to CS cost $19.99. No where on the support website does it mention this fee, rather it says "If you need answers to your pressing questions (or if you’re just bored and wanna chat), then drop us a line or give us a ring."

Does anyone know if I will be charged? And/Or does my free-trial of premier cover it?

All of this makes me a slightly nervous new telo owner.

I would think that your free trial covers calls to CS for the first 60 days while you have the trial of Premier.

You can change your privacy settings at MyOoma by selecting the check box next to "Block display of my caller-ID for outgoing calls" on the Preferences -> Privacy tab.
