How to do a hard reset on the main ooma device?

I think I read that you need to hold down the blue ooma button along with another button, but I cannot remember. Can someone let me know what buttons I need to push?

I started to have weird issues with my service where the sound on my phone calls is breaking up, this even includes the ooma notification of how much money and time I have left right before ooma actually places my international call, so even the ooma voice is all broken up. Something is wrong.

If I use Skype the sound is perfect, so this leads me to believe that there is something wrong with the ooma hub or service.

1) Remove the power for the ooma device

2) Hold the ooma tab [blue light] connect the power and hod for 30 secs until all the lights start flashing and once the flashing of all lights are done release the tab and the device will reset to factory settings.
