Need help or I will just return unit-trying to get going for the last four days.
Got phone number and have been trying to download the software for four days.
Has anyone had this type of experience?
Does the unit have to be repalced?

Any ideas. :|

Can you supply more info? What type of service... DSL or Cable? Do you have the Telo? Also, where do you have the Ooma system - before or after the router?
