New install tried both modem=>telo=>router and modem=>router=>telo with the same results - all four bottom lights are blue solid. Never get any light in the Ooma logo. Let it sit for four hours.

Comcast, Motorola modem and Apple Time Capsule configuration. Set Up showed: modem connected with IP address, home connected with IP address and no dial tone just dead air.

Tired of support reading from prompts. Any ideas?

Did you power cycle your modem when you connected the Telo directly to it?

In fact, the telo does the exact same thing (four solid blue lights) with no internet connection and just a reboot. Bad device?
