ooma turns off

Post by fletcherfam » Tue Dec 15, 2009 7:34 pm

My ooma was working great for the first two weeks, now it will randomly turn off. Lights are off, no signal, no nothing. It will randomly turn back on and then turn off again. Goes through cycle and looks like will connect, will for a few mintues then turn off.... driving me nuts.!!!!!!! :x

Is the plug for the power pretty snug fitting into the Telo or sloppy fitting?

If it's loose you may need to rma it or contact tech support for a power adaptor replacement, or return to place of purchase for an exchange. I would contact tech support first if the connection is loose.

Do a search of the forums if nothing else.

Regards
