Installation Question

E mailed Support twice - no reply. Installed Hub last week. Have DSL on shared DSL/Voice phone line. Wired per diagram for shared DSL line. Download speed prior to install was 1.53 mbps. After install, dropped to .27 mbps making internet virtually unusable. Do I need to upgrade to faster 15/5 FIOS? Hoping that other users may have suggestions. Thanks for your help.

Did you try to connect a Scout over the same line?

Do you feed the land line+DSL into the Hub's WALL port? If so, you need to put a DSL filter/Micro filter in between, like you need a DSL filter in front of each phone in your home before. Reason, the Hub's feeds the HPNA signal back into the land line, and it will interfere with DSL signal.
