Hello I just got my ooma and it seems to work great but when i call my own number from my home phone is gives me a busy signal instead of going to voice mail is there some way to fix this ?

Also if i am not at home how do i check my voice mails if i have no internet connection where i am at
home this all makes since ..

If you pick up your phone connected to your Ooma and press the play button on the Ooma, what do you hear on the phone's handset? If you hear prompts to setup your voicemail (after the welcome message) and you follow the instructions, that should solve the problem.
