I am having trouble getting the Telo working. I have connected everything according to the directions....the ooma icon continues to blink (blue)....no dial tone....i don't know if it has updaated or not. What is going on???

The directions describe more than one way to connect, so what did you choose? The more you reveal, the more likely someone here can help.

I just set my telo up and went through the same thing.

It blinked blue for about 10 minutes.
Then it rebooted and all the icons on the bottom stayed lit for about 15 mintues.
Rebooted again and the icons lit up in sequence for 5 minutes.
It rebooted a few more times until everything stayed lit for 5 minutes
Then I got a dial tone.

I think it was downloading updates. Seems to work fine now.
