Do you know what is this?
All works fine - I can call and receive but this button make me confuse.
I didn't find any info in documentation.

I found what happened:
It shows that you have one more phone number assign to HUB
While you up phone and press this button [2] it switch your phone(device) to second line and you'll able to make a call by second phone line.

Installed my one line hub a week and a half ago; after two days the #2 became solid red for about three days and then remain red about 90% of the time: my service seems fine , just curious.
