I talked a friend into trying Ooma. He received his order today but can't activate it because the Ooma web site says he's putting in an incorrect "mac address," that serial number on the bottom of the hub. He's tried every combination of zeros and O's, caps and lowercase, but the site won't accept it. And, of course, he can't get anyone at Ooma support to answer the phone.

Please, Ooma, help us out and save a customer!

My guess is to contact tech support, they will enter the serial manually, be prepare you might have to wait around 2 hours for tech support..
