I was having the same problem... but it wouldn't accept incoming calls at all...

I didn't have a phone cord going from the Telo (wall) to the wall outlet....

once I hooked that up.. .I have been able to get incoming calls...

I am sure you have that hooked up, but if you don't that might fix it...
