Changes in MyOoma don't happen right away?

When I make a change in MyOoma (specifically the connection tone and 10-digit dialing options), the change doesn't take effect even after rebooting the hub multiple times after saving the change. It seems to take at least a day before the change actually kicks in.

Is this just how it is, or am I doing something wrong? By rebooting the router, I take it to mean simply unplugging the hub for a minute or so and plugging it back in. Is there a different way to reboot?

With the previous version of My Ooma (The Lounge) it always stated that it would take 3 minutes for the change to take effect.

Yes rebooting the hub is done by pulling the power. However that should not be necessary.

For whatever reason, changes I make on the Preferences->System page take at least until the next day to take effect.

I've made changes in other sections of My Ooma (like ring pattern change) that seem to go through without much delay after a Hub reboot.
