Flashing Red Logo

My unit only gets a flashing red light on the logo ... this lasted for about 45 minutes. Not sure what to do excpet call customer support. I connected per option 2A ... between modem and router. Any suggestions?

Did you power cycle the modem?
Ooma hub or Ooma Telo?
Customer since January 2009
Telo with 2 Handsets, a Linx, and a Safety Phone
