thanks, i returned my oomla, got a new one called customer support. now i have to wait 24-48 hours for verification. so much for "Easy Setup: Start Calling in Minutes" hope the $250 product works better than the installation.
No worries. Just proceed with activating the new telo with another number & install afterwards. If you like the number that was registered with the first telo, let me know & I can transfer it over later.
