I installed the Ooma hub last week. Outgoing calls have been working fine. However, I can never call the number from other phones. The Verizon cell phone responded the number is disconnected or no longer in service. The T-mobile cell phone and the land lines returned a busy tone. I called the customer service, they issued a new number. However that still has the same problem. One of the representatives was able to ring the number. I guess, she was calling from an Ooma terminal. But I still cannot ring the number through any cell phone, land lines, skype phone, gizmo phone. The only way for me to ring the number is through Google voice. So far, that's the only working way for me.

Called the support and received a service tag number. But received no feedbacks after four days.
