I was in the process of going to my ooma to port my old number when I got this message: "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page." I went out shopping for awhile and when I got home I tried going to my ooma again but still get the same error message. I'm not sure what I should do as this is all new to me.

Just spoke with Customer Support. They are doing 'major maintenance'. Gave my credit card info over the phone and was then able to submit port request/premier subscription over the web.
