Sorry, those are NOT the right ones. It just converts a single jack into two identical jacks so you can plug two things in at once. Both jacks have both lines available. Note how the jacks are labeled L1, L2, and L1+L2 -- that is what makes this concept work. The jack labeled L2 takes a regular phone cord (eg from a scout) and shifts what normally is the first pair of wires onto the home wiring for the second pair. Doing that at both ends of the connection allows you to easily shift a hub and its scouts to using the second set of wires which should already be in the home.
