Purchased an Ooma Hub and scout about 45 days ago. I really like it, so I purchased the newer telo after it was released. I plan on giving the Hub/Scout to my parents and using the new telo myself. I was told to keep my original, that I had to wait 31 days after activation. No problem, I waited the 31 days and called today to switch the MAC address on my account to the new telo. I was told that I would be under the new terms of agreement. When I said that was not right they put me on hold and came back and said yes you are right but instead of just swapping the MAC address they created a ticket and said someone would get back to me in the next 72 hours. This should be something they can do in less than 5 minutes, why 72 hours?
