Ooma hub issues

So I bought my ooma about 6 months ago and had issues with my ISP that prevented me from using ooma. That may be rectified now, but when I plug everything I get an error.

The top two buttons are solid red and the two buttons two spaces below are red as well and the ooma tab blinks red.

I think it may have to do with the fact I (may have) stated I had a phone line to hook up when I activated, but when I called earlier this year about the ISP issues (before I knew they were ISP issues) support said that wasn't the case.

I attached a few screenies from setup.ooma.com. If any different pages are needed I'm happy to upload those.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on? It looks like most everything is connecting.

That is the issue. You need to have a working landline plugged into the wall jack of the hub for the Ooma to work correctly.

If you wish to not require a landline, you need to contact ooma customer support, and ask them to provision your Ooma to work without a landline.
