I cannot successfully install my ooma.

When I checked the hardware from my computer, I saw that the MAC code on the device does not match the MAC code on the sticker at the bottom of the device. Someone put the wrong sticker on it by accident. So I registered with the wrong code. Could this be the problem and how can I fix it if it is?

I repeatedly get a solid one and two. I have placed the ooma between my router and modem. I have reset my ooma numerous times. I can use the internet and access, however my ooma won't register, after over an hour of waiting.

I have a 2wire 3800HGV modem
I have a Linksys Wireless N Broadband Router WRT160N
12 mbps internet connection

The MAC address on the bottom of the hub is the correct one. The hub has two MAC addresses, one for the Modem port and another for the Home port. The Home port MAC address is one less than the Modem port MAC address.

Connect your computer to the Home port of the hub and connect to
click on network in the left navigation pane
Click the Use Built in: radio button
Click the update button
Verify that the MAC address next to that radio button is the one that you used to register.
