When I checked the hardware from my computer, I saw that the MAC code on the device does not match the MAC code on the sticker at the bottom of the device. Someone put the wrong sticker on it by accident. So I registered with the wrong code. Could this be the problem and how can I fix it if it is?
I repeatedly get a solid one and two. I have placed the ooma between my router and modem. I have reset my ooma numerous times. I can use the internet and access https://www.ooma.com, however my ooma won't register, after over an hour of waiting.

Connect your computer to the Home port of the hub and connect to
click on network in the left navigation pane
Click the Use Built in: radio button
Click the update button
Verify that the MAC address next to that radio button is the one that you used to register.
