I setup a hub with 2 phone numbers on it. How do I remove one or both numbers now?

Hi sahenry,

Right now we don't have a way to delete phone numbers from the ooma Lounge -- you can only move phone numbers between ooma devices. If you wish to remove a phone number from your account, you can contact ooma Support and they can go ahead and process the request.

So if I add a personal number to my hub I need to contact support to remove it? Just want to make sure we are on the same page.

Yes, that's correct. The reason we have this restriction is numbers that are removed from an account are held on reserve for 60 days and we want to make sure we don't deplete our available phone numbers with a lot of constant adding/deleting of phone numbers. Also, there is a cost for ooma to set the outbound caller-ID information.
