But someone else had issues buying 2 units off of ebay even when one of the sellers tried to transfer ownership. Of course, the seller could have been misleading.

Dang.. you really know how to find good information. I understand how things can be very manual. If it is very manual, $20 does not cover the cost and is there to keep people from doing it frequently. $20 is very reasonable to transfer ownership. Thanks for digging that up!
