I am on a call, line two rings ...

What you describe there, does that match what I describe in my last post? To hit talk on the handset to answer the waiting call before the handset has had a chance to pop the call waiting screen means you're answering before you know for sure who is calling. I can imagine some people doing that but not most people, which is why I want to confirm we have your call scenario correctly defined.

Starting tomorrow you can call support and they will be able to do this custom configuration. Ask them to set ISL_INCOMING_ENABLED to false in the Customer Configuration.
