Hello! I have the old Hub/Scout combo. Recently the Scout died. I plan to get a replacemnt Scout. My question is: do I need to go through any type of registration process with Ooma with the replacement Scout?

There was a run of Scouts that were shipped with the wrong number on the bottom of the case.

If you want to set it up as a Personal device and can't get it to work you will have to call Customer Support and ask them to give you the number the Scout is registering with.

If you don't need it to be a personal device there is no need to call.
