I connected the blue/white wire of the add on jack to the red terminal, in the lower right portion of the phone box, and the white/blue wire to the green terminal, but it didn't make any difference. Ooma signal only goes to the built in jacks, but not to the add on jacks.

piperpilot12w, not sure how to proceed beyond this point other than having someone who knows phone wiring check out your wiring.

Ok, thanks for your efforts. I also tried what Thunderbird suggested early on in the thread and that didn't work either.
I'll seek professional assistance.
