First off thanks to thunderbird and everyone else for helping me. I have a cable modem/router combo unit in my basement.
My telo is upstairs and I am using the wireless adapter. Every once and a while I experience delay, and slight break-up of voice.
Question 1. I have set the QOS on the ooma telo to 80% of my speed test results,is this correct.
Question 2. Should I put my modem/router combo unit in bridge mode and buy a wireless router( will this help?)
If the answer is yes to question #2, do I set the QOS in the router and Telo, or just the router?

If you are using the wifi adapter, setting QoS in the Telo doesn't do anything. You need to give your wifi adapter (via MAC or IP) highest priority in your modem/router combo (if that function exists).
