Aha! I just started having the same problem, and when I read this I recalled that I had just changed my router's firewall from Low to Medium security.
Thank you for coming back and letting us know what you found out.
Now I need to figure out how to allow the Ooma access while leaving the Firewall at Medium.

I'd save myself the trouble, set it back to where it was. It wasn't like your home network was being attacked before right?
