I can receive call but can not call out

I just setup my OOMA yesterday evening. I have the following setup Comcast Modem>OOMA>D-LINK ATT VOIP>Airport Extreme

I can receive calls with my current ATT CallVantage Number and with my new OOMA 2nd line. Internet works. I get the message Your call can not be completed as dialed, check number, announcement 8, if you would like to make a call try again announcement 1.

I have tried 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx, xxx-xxx-xxxx, xxx-xxxx.

After a call too support the issue was the DLINK VOIP Gateway for my AT&T CallVantage Service (soon to be discontinued). I was able to receive calls, but could not call out. I set my ATT number to forward all calls to my OOMA 2nd line number. When the ATT number is ported, I can make my ported number the primary again.
