If I want to upgrade my Hub to Telo version, do I have to do anything else besides register new hardware? I have premium service. Thanks,

If you decide to do that do NOT activate the Telo.
Call customer support and have them transfer your Hub account to the new Telo.
If you are not now paying taxes and fees on a monthly basis, because you had the original "core" system, you will be after the transfer to the Telo.
Core came with a Hub and a Scout in the same box.
The Scout does not work with a Telo.
