When I looked at my TELO this morning only the numbers 1 and 2 are lit blue. No flower. No dial tone.

I pulled the power cord and left it unplugged for 10 minutes. On plugging it in, again only the numbers 1 and 2 lit up...no boot sequence.

What could be the issue?

Thanks in advance.

Probably had a power surge or lightening strike.

Remove power from the Ooma Telo.
Remove all Network cables, Phone cords, and USB devices from your Ooma Telo, leaving only the power cord connected.
Repower the Ooma Telo and see if it will boot farther then the Line 1 & Line 2 lights. If it will boot to the red flashing Ooma symbol, remove power and reconnect everything.

Otherwise if it only boots to the Line 1 & Line 2 lights, the boot loader is damaged and the Ooma Telo is unserviceable.

Thanks Thunderbird for the quick reply....

Looks like it's bricked.

Do you know how this could happen? It was fine last night, and this morning down and out.
