Hello guys, bought my Ooma telo today. Connection set up is Cable modem-Trendnet Router-Ooma telo. So far it is working ok. I will give it a few days try before porting my home number. Just wanted to ask if there are any tweaking settings for Trendnet TEW-671BR router that I can do to improve the setup. Thanks fon any help. :cool:

Thanks for your tip.
One problem I have noted is that I was on an international call and after 13.33 mins. in the call, a computer voice said ' Bye" and the call got disconnected! Strange! :(

That may not be your setup. It happens from time to time depending on the quality of international connection at Ooma's end. I sometimes get that and trying again likely will get you a better international connection.
