I normally don't give up on stuff like this but its day 7 for me and nothing is working..
It has to be the Telo, they are not too finicky, I have both a Telo and an older hub and they rarely, if ever, go offline.

A quick update.
Received a replacement Ooma telo Tuesday.. opened the box plugged it in ...No issues at all
