LINKSYS E3200 ROUTER- VoIp setting

I'm getting ready to replace my current Linksys router with a Linksys E3200 router. In the instructions it notes If your VoIP service uses SIP, select Enabled next to SIP ALG OR If your VoIP service uses other NAT traversal solutions such as STUN
(Session Traversal Utilities for NAT), TURN (Traversal Using Relay NAT), or ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment), select Disabled (default). Which one should I select?- Thanks

Disabled.

Ooma uses a vpn for communication with their servers.
Customer since January 2009
Telo with 2 Handsets, a Linx, and a Safety Phone
Telo2 with 2 Handsets and a Linx
